Download help
How to find, save, open and print the resources you buy from Literacy Stations.
Where are my files?
Right after checkout you get an email with download links. Your files also stay in your account, so you can download them again anytime.
Can’t find the email?
Check spam or junk, and the Promotions tab in Gmail. Add [email protected] to your contacts so future emails land in your inbox.
Library Card holder?
Add any resource to your cart and check out for $0. The files show up in My Downloads right away.
Your files are ready instantly
Everything in the shop is a digital download. As soon as your order is complete, you’ll get an email with a secure link to each file.
The same files are saved in the Literacy Stations account you created at checkout:
- Sign in at My Account.
- Click Downloads.
- Click the file name next to your order.
I can’t find my download email
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you use Gmail, also check the Social and Promotions tabs.
If it isn’t there, add [email protected] to your address book or safe senders list so you can find these emails in the future. You can always get your files from My Downloads.
Download and save the file
- Most files: click the download link, or right-click the file and choose Save As.
- PDFs: click the download link, or right-click and choose Save Link As.
- If you’re asked where to save it, pick a folder and click Save.
- When the download finishes, open that folder and click the file name to open it.
There’s generally no limit on when or how many times you can download a file, as long as the order wasn’t canceled or refunded.
When we update a resource, an older file may no longer be available, so we recommend saving a copy to your computer or cloud drive.
Open the file
Printable files are PDFs. Open them with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or any similar PDF program.
Tip: on a phone or tablet, save the PDF to Files (iPhone/iPad) or Google Drive, then open it from there.
Every printer and device is a little different, so we can’t cover them all here. For printer setup or device questions, your device maker’s support site or your school’s technology contact is the best place to start.
Most of our pages are designed for US Letter paper. If pages look cut off, choose Fit or Scale to fit in the print window.
Google Slides, Seesaw, Boom Cards and other platforms
If a resource includes files for a specific platform, the product description says so. Please make sure the platform you want is listed and that you have access to it.
Some platforms need their own account or license. Our files are designed to be used or displayed inside that software, so for help with the platform itself, please contact that company.
Refunds
Because every resource is a digital file, a download counts as opening it. Once a file has been downloaded we can’t refund it, but if it hasn’t been downloaded we can refund or exchange it. If a file is broken or missing pages, we’ll fix it. See the full refund policy.
