- Refund Policy - Electronic and Digital Products
Once you purchase a product, it is available to you for download instantly. It is a digital file. Downloading a file is considered a step in opening it. Once the file is downloaded, we are unable to refund your purchase or accept a return. We can issue a refund or exchange if the file has not been downloaded from our servers.
Subscriptions are not refundable. Members can change their settings, including cancelation, at any time from My Account .
- General Return Policy
Many of our items are customized or created-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you simply ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. There is only so much we can do with a “Happy Birthday Rodney” pillow, so be sure you have everything exactly as you want it, before you order.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by email at support@upatlast.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, additional photos (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the you ordered the wrong size or color.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
- Shipping Limitation
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions imposed by our chosen shipping carrier. All purchases from the Site are made pursuant to shipment conditions, by accepting these terms and conditions through your use of the Site. You are responsible for contacting Customer Service here regarding any claims for damaged and/or lost shipments.
- Confirmation of Orders
While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
- Cancellation or Refusal of Orders
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit any order.
- Merchandise & Availability
Physical merchandise availability on our Site is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You can always verify availability by contacting us prior to making an order. You may receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your items have shipped.
