Refund Policy
Because everything in the Literacy Stations shop is a digital download, here’s how refunds work.
Digital downloads
Once you purchase a product, it is available to download right away. Downloading a file counts as opening it, so once a file has been downloaded we can’t refund the purchase. If a file hasn’t been downloaded yet, we can refund it or exchange it for another resource.
Something wrong with a file?
If a file won’t open, is missing pages, or isn’t what the description promised, email us at [email protected] within 30 days. We’ll fix it, replace it, or refund it.
Library Card
The Library Card is a one-time payment for 12 months of access. It doesn’t renew automatically. If you haven’t downloaded anything with your card, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Members who joined on an older monthly or annual plan can manage or cancel it at any time from My Account. Past payments aren’t refundable once resources have been downloaded.
