I am a former classroom teacher with 22 years of experience. If you couldn’t tell, literacy stations are my favorite part of the day. I loved watching my first graders grow into independent second graders throughout the year.
I am an organizational pro! I will help you organize ALL aspects of your stations so you can use less time to create better stations. Work smarter, not harder!
My coworkers and other teachers from different school corporations chose to visit my classroom to see my literacy stations in action. That’s when I knew that I could help as many teachers as I could set up and maintain their independent student work.
That’s how Literacy Stations got started!
At home, you can find me glued to my golden retriever, Mollie. My husband, Eric, and I have six children who keep us on our toes, sometimes clean up after themselves, make us laugh, and bring us so much joy. Another fun fact about me? I’m an avid scuba diver who will willingly dive with sharks, but I’m terrified of heights!
See you inside!
The Literacy Stations Library is for any teacher K-2 looking to provide quality independent practice for their students that is curriculum-based and time-effective.
The games and digital activities are available on Seesaw, Google Slides, and Boom cards.
The following stations are included:
Each month, you will find 3-7 new activities for your students to use at your literacy stations.
If you have 3 activities per day and 5 stations, that’s 15 activities a day and 60 activities a month. What if you were to purchase each of those separately? A QUALITY resource that you would find on TPT would cost around $6.00 each.
With Literacy Stations Made Easy, you will be spending FAR less! With one low, monthly membership, the savings to you are huge!
I struggled to keep up with making sure I had enough content for my students that:
I spent all my hard-earned teacher dollars on TPT and found that it didn’t get me ENOUGH lessons. I had the motivation to create them myself, but I couldn’t keep up with making lessons that flowed from one to the next. I created Literacy Stations, because I needed it myself!
“I have a love for teaching and learning. Planning and creating lessons for students to use independently is my speciality. I LOVE creating new projects that you can use for your independent literacy stations. I know how hard it is to keep students engaged and motivated, while still providing what they need to be successful. Thanks for joining me on my journey!”
